Awesome staff, and the best pizza in town hands down.

We just moved to Cobourg and a last minute decision had us ordering pizza from Jim's for the first time. We've driven by many times and have seen some positive reviews and we were not disappointed. We custom ordered two mediums and they were delicious. Way better than any tasteless chain pizza that you can order. Pickup was easy and the owners were engaging and friendly. Definitely our go to place for pizza now.

I’m not sure if they gave us the wrong order. I called in to order vegetarian pizza and mild wings. We arrived at home and the pizza had meat and wings had no sauce. The service on the phone wasn’t good as well, it seemed like the employee wasn’t sure on what to do or how to take an order. That should of been my clue to not order at all.

Great pizza! We are from Calgary Alberta where the pizza is hard to beat. Generous sauce and toppings!

One of a kind family-run business. By far the best pizza in Northumberland. Though I now live out of province, I always make sure I find time to stop by and grab a classic large pepperoni when visiting.

Ordered Hawaiian pizza only few very small cubes of ham just cheese and pineapple. Very disappointed and paid & 25!Ok l must add they offered me a free pizza the next time. Really hope it's as good as the ones we've had in the past from there.

Horrible Never Again-Ordered a greek Pizza waited for it brought it home NO BLACK OLIVES how can you forget BLACK OLIVES on a GREEK PIZZA??? The toppings that were put on were little to none and undercooked pizza was a sloppy mess. The so called Garlic dipping sauce was nothing more then Mayonnaise thrown in a take out container. I called once I realized it wasn't what I ordered. Owner says he doesn't know what I want him to do about it. SIMPLE GIVE ME WHAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR !!!! OVER $30 FOR A PIZZA THAT I PICKED UP AND WAS ONLY 8 SLICES. ****PEOPLE DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$ HERE I HATE TO SAY BUT GO TO PIZZA PIZZA WHERE WHEN THEY MAKE A MISTAKE THEY FIX IT****

Would have given them a higher rating but for some reason my pizza tasted of maple syrup.

We ordered the baked lasagna. The size, cheese and texture of the sauce was awesome. However, the sauce was pretty tasteless. If you could add some spices and give it some spicy kick, you would have a true winner.

Just passing through town and noticed the quaint patio in front of the pizza place that drew us in. Super friendly service was a great start to our stop in Cobourg. $15 for a large pizza with three toppings - a FANTASTIC PRICE! The pizza was absolutely perfect. Flavorful, lots of toppings and savory! Would recommend and return

Had a pizza on July 1st and meant to write a review. Was famished after a day's work at the waterfront festival and my friend and I both thought it was the best pizza we'd had in years!!!!!

Great customer service, lacking in food taste and quality. I have ordered from them in the past and it was great. Had it over the Canada Day weekend and was very disappointed, ordered food and was not told an estimated time and or price. I ordered from else where cause I couldn't feed my guests this slop. Pizza tasted like cardboard, was over cooked and really crunchy. Lasagna was tasteless, just tasted like tomato sauce and cheese. Not to sure why peperoni's was added... I probably will not order from there again. but to end on a positive Delivery driver was great! super polite.

We grabbed a Jim's pizza the other day it was very delicious.we called in for a take out it was ready when l arrived well done light sauce peperoni bacon lots of mozzarella yummy great job Jim

Took hour and half for two salads and mushroom and cheese sticks...Order was delivered but with one wrong salad and entress still cold ...been loyal customer for 35years worked there for 4 years but Iam done wish bills pizza was still around positive is laureta is an amazing woman goes above beyond

Sorry...just doesn't cut it. The sauce is pretty bland. I ordered a med pizza with some specialty toppings..like sun dried tomato and it cost me 40 bucks. My bad. I forgot the last time I ordered it was pretty bland then too. Some like it but to me a good pizza has a flavorful sauce. The people are friendly though. And I dont have anything bad to say I just wasnt digging this pizza.

Went with the owners suggestion which was Jims Combo. It was a little on the pricey side ($24 medium including tax and pop). You could taste the freshness in the ingredients.The crust was unique but good.Thought there could be a little more sauce so would suggests ordering extra sauce.It stands out in the Top when compared against chain pizzas.I would come back again.

Originally from Montréal we looked up for a pizza join in Cobourg. Great pizza with loaded toppings and cheese on top. Great service, for those reasons our teenagers give it a 5 stars.

Not the most pleasant counter staff, meaning that they more-or-less begrudgingly acknowledge you, or you're taking them away from something else they'd rather be doing. The pizza I got was rather disappointing for what it cost me. Not the very worst I've ever had, but far from great. I would return here, but only if they were the only show in town. They certainly charge that way. On the positive side, if you like a nice, thick crust under your toppings, their pizza had that going for it, however, if I were to order again, I'd be sure to specify "lightly done", as I don't care for crunchy hard crust, but I'd imagine that was a rookie mistake I made when placing the order.

The pizza is great and the staff is awesome! Loretta went out of her way to keep our 2 year old daughter entertained by showing her some of the steps involved in making a pizza, including tossing the dough :) Very sweet of her!

Simply put, the best local pizza in town. Great tasting pizza and great service.
